Aqua Pro is a compact serial resistive heating cable for effective frost protection of pipes in residential and industrial applications. The cable is suitable for drinking water, cooling water, sprinkler systems and drainage. The durable LSZH outer sheath is approved for contact with drinking water, so the cable can be installed both inside drinking water pipes and outside of pipes.

Unlike self-regulating heating cables, Aqua Pro can be installed in significantly longer lengths without high inrush currents. The cable is available in various lengths and can be adjusted by an electrician to meet the specific installation. The power output is between 8 and 15 W/m, depending on how much the cable is shortened.

After installation, the pipe must be covered with suitable thermal insulation. Thermostat control with a sensor positioned beneath the insulation is recommended. Aqua Pro complies with IEC/EN 62395 and has a 10 year warranty.
