ETR2 is used for economic control of ice and snow melting for small applications (Roofs, gutters and small areas).
When humidity is detected the ETR2 thermostat turns on the snowmelting system (ETOR-55 registers moisture in the gutter, ETF-744/99 measures when the temperature drops below the set temperature and ETOG-55/56 detects humidity).
The thermostat is easy to install and it can adjust how sensitive it is to humidity.
The thermostat will turn on, when the temperature drops below the set temperature and runs as long as the sensor registers humidity – or as long as you have selected it to run.
ETR2 has DIN installation.
